Shipping

Currently we (Amy and Steve) are both working full time in non-plant shop related jobs, Steve works 8:00-16:30 and therefore is unlikely to be able to ship plants out during the week. However, Amy works shifts and therefore has opportunity throughout the week to ship plants out to you! Even so, your plant may not be shipped out the day that you order it but once it is packaged up it will be shipped with next day delivery. 

The shipping rate is £8.99 within the UK.

Processing time is 1-4 business days (currently dependent on Amy's shift pattern!).

We usually ship via Royal Mail/DPD/UPS/DHL and Parcel Force. All deliveries come with tracking numbers and require signatures, unfortunately we cannot facilitate courier selection. 

Local pick-up is possible from Bristol. If you select local pick up at check out you will be contacted regarding a place and time to pick up your plant, please note the area of pick up will be around central Bristol.

Unfortunately, shipping delays are a thing and occasionally there may be a delay with your order due to those pesky unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. And, as with most things, Covid-19 will have an impact, shipping time may take 1-3 days longer. If your plant arrives dead due to shipping delays and you provide us with the photographic evidence, we will be happy to issue you a full refund or a replacement order where possible, you will still need to send the plant, substrate and pot back to us, as per our returns policy.

 

As we approach the colder months, we will be keeping an eye on the weather forecast prior to shipping your plants out. If the temperature is particularly low in the UK, we will add a heat pack or two to your order.

  

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase or the condition your plant has arrived in, please provide photographic evidence to us within 24hrs.

 

If you are happy with your plant then please follow our plant care tips and tricks and we are sure your plant will acclimate well into its new home. If it appears your plant is struggling please get in touch straight away, with photos and a detailed description of where the plant is located, including lighting, temperature, if there's a draught, watering and humidity.

If you follow the care tips and tricks, have got in contact with us and have been taking care of your plant appropriately and it still deteriorates, we will issue you a full refund or replacement if available. You will need to return the plants in their original pots and substrate back to us (we will cover the cost for return shipping).
